Reliable spot for delicious fried chicken, excellent mashed potatoes and gravy , and some of the best cole slaw around. There's good value in their fill up boxes and various offers are available. This location can get VERY busy, so expect a wait at peak times.

Service is good and fast enough, food is good, decoration focused on company history. Room is clean and personnel professional. Parking is large and free. Recommended for anyone passing by the area.

The food was really good and fresh. But I'm giving this place a 5 because the manager on duty when beyond his duties and reached out to help a h ok homeless person. Our food at first we had wings they seemed not fresh they were sitting for a while so we gave them to a homeless person. The manager seen what was going on replaced our wings and fixed the homeless man a new box for his wings and added some potato wedges and a drink. My point is we were upset that our food was not fresh however the kindness of this young manager warmed our hearts and took the views of this restaurant to another level with us. Never look down on a person because you never know what circumstances took this individual to the place he is in today this could be you,your kids or a family member one day never be judgemental be fruitful and allow God to bless you as well as others thru you in a time of need.

KFC Went at lunch time, the place was full but the food came out in a timely manner, the service and the staff were very professional and attentive. A place where you see different cultures because is close to tourist hot spots. But my over all experience was good, like always when I go to Kentucky fried chicken. I would definitely recommend this place for a good dining experience:)

Very disappointed they were out of pot pies by 5pm. Staff very dismissive. Chicken was good, Coleslaw and biscuits not as good as the one near my home.

Staff was very nice and restaurants was clean. Restroom was clean as well. Food was hot and very good.

Nice located KFC. There were little staff on the job eventhough those working were killing themselves to give the best service possible. The guy at the cashier is really imperturbable. Goog job.

Was out of tenders that day so I got pieces. They were very fresh but they were also told me at the last minute they didnt have biscuits and would sub it for something else, which they forgot when I checked my order at my room.

I love KFC I get 30 hot wings my favorite is everything you get a two-piece snack meal three or four piece snack and it's always fresh PS he's pretty good you can sit in and sit beside Colonel Sanders and take a picture with him a KFC.

The colonel knows how to make the chicken. This is a corporate owned store that forces you to take their nasty pre-processed chocolate chip cookie. I've never had a KFC not allow you to substitute the cookie

Cashier was nice but the 2 piece meal had very a small chicken leg and thigh. I took a picture and posted.

Quick service, first time in a LONG time that the original wasn't dripping in grease!

They has no chicken. Kinda hard to rate better when they have more sides than entrees. We decided on Chicken tenders, they had those after we ordered 3 times. It was Easter Sunday evening and they were apologetic. But still a chicken restaurant needs chicken.

Pretty gross. The biscuit was thrown in hot sauce, the place was messy, the food was tossed into box, and some drinks were out of order.

Food good but front desk staff politeness

They were very patient with me while I decided on what to order and very quick with filling it. The place was very clean and modern. I will come back often.

Try their cheetos burger only limited time though.Try their tenders too they so good

After a long day at Disney with the family we really looking foward to a kfc especially being in the Us.All I can say it was absolutely disgusting!The photo you see is supposed to be pop corn chicken.Basically batter and crumbs the wedges were left overs the tenders so over cooked.$30 and not even fit for the bin!!Uk Kfc a 1000 times better.Shame on you !!!Will be contacting head office on my return.

Food order was correct but very cold

Never in .y life have I heard of a 30 minute wait for chicken.... This place is terrible. Messed up the family order. Made you come up to the window before telling you they were only accepting cash.... So we asked can you pay by card inside? They said yes... Then why can't you take a card and run it at the register I ask... "We can't is there reply.... So I stead of you running it at the counter after waiting on this ridiculous line just to find out I can't pay cash you want me to get out in a rain Storm soaked and still wait o we 30 mins for chicken. This is just a sad excuse for a fast food restaurant. Pick another spot guys. Save yourself the trouble.

Convenient place looked nice and clean, I will definitely visit again.

Want to give a shout out to the young man working the front counter on Saturday night at 8Pm on 10/5. My wife and I had dinner here and upon leaving she had relized she left her bag in the resturant. I went back and he had placed it in the office, when he seen me he went and got it for me. I do not know his name but this young man has given me hope for the world, it was nice to see honesty is still alive and well. Thank you very much.

Quick service, with a smile and eat in order was assembled in the time it took us to get our drinks. All the food was hot and tasty.

The new 5 wings for $5 was awful. Too much oil in the sauce and the wings were breaded heavy. I wont buy them again.

Six pieces of small chicken for all this oil. They didn’t even drain it off properly. Then the lady in the drive thru had and attitude. Ridiculous

Really the 1 star would recommend to be a no star only because we arrived at 10:20pm. The store hours say they are opened until midnight. As soon as we get in we hear a lady from behind the counter yell to everyone that if you want chicken it is going to be 25 min. wait. Got to register and asked if that was true and was told "yes, cause we are fixing to close so we are closing the kitchen". I said but you close at midnight...he says, "yeah, that's right". We turned around and walked out.

Food was just ok, but you have many more better food places to go to

Service was slow... A cashier made a mistake taking an order and didn't know how to fix it. The other cashier, instead of taking our order, just stood there and watched the other cashier fumbling through until the manager?, finally helped him. Other than the slow service, the food was good!

I order the food at 8:31pm and came at 9:45pm and additional we missing a whole order of a meal and the soda and we for the order and additional the don’t answered the phone. I want my money back for the food you guys charge and we don’t received. Disappointed

absolutely appalling, the chicken tasted old and crusty, smelt off as if it was expired but still cooked anyways. Ordered 6 pc Chicken wings and a 1 pc combo and didn’t touch any of my food once i tasted it. Beyond disappointed.

I always enjoy 10 hot drumsticks & a large diet soda in a emergency through the fast food drive through! The best customer service is received in the Monroe, NY KFC! The Worst customer service is at the drive through window in Middletown NY on Route 211. The black female manager is very rude & cares less about customer service relations! She should be demoted to scrubbing toilets for KFC.

Absolutely terrible food. Wedges had been reheated (I dont know how many times) chicken was terrible-reheated also. The only thing good was the juice. Very disappointed. Will not be returning!!!

Spent $30 for a $20 fill up, chicken tenders. Missing all sauces, and only had ten scrawny chicken tenders when twelve are advertised. Won’t be ordering from KFC anytime again. You might as well order from Publix for any type of fried chicken. This delivery has lost KFC a family customer for life.

Ordered a delivery to my hotel, waited outside the hotel from the moment the app showed the driver on the way, the driver never showed, I have waited over an hour. The app I ordered from have taken the money and will not offer a refund for their driver not showing. KFC won't answer the phone, tried several times to call, absolute joke!!!!!!!

Well I love the food at KFC this location at times Lacks consistency and professionalism among its staff. As I come here quite often the times orders are wrong and the staff seemed not to care

9 orders of fill up meals with different sides and they got them all correct. Have been to other KFC and had the orders messed up.

Food is always good the wait is another story. Too many customers I guess that's why the foods good

Usually I go to KFC in the original recipe is kind of greasy but this place the chicken was just right the coleslaw didn't have the same old fashioned flavor that I'm remember overall I enjoyed it

Hot Fried Chicken. Potatoes and gravy and awesome coleslaw. KFC did it again as usual with a great meal. Did I mention awesome chicken chicken chicken

I visit this location for many years and honestly the staff is much better now. The chicken was amazing and the service was very fast. Hope maintain good work.
